The Triathlete Store has no set hours of operation. This means, generally, that we can see you when you'd like to visit - you just need to schedule an appointment. We schedule appointments 7 days a week, depending on how busy we are with fulfilling web orders. While most of our business is via the web, we appreciate that people sometimes like to try on clothes and see gear before they make a purchase.

What do you have in-stock? Generally, what you see on our website, TheTriathleteStore.com, is what we have available in-store. Most products will indicate that they are "In Stock" on the website. Click the words "In Stock" to see exact quantities in stock by size and color. We will check on availability of any item or items before your store visit, if you request this.

What if I see a product on the website that does not say whether the product is in-stock? The product is probably in-stock or accessible to our inventory within a few days of ordering. There are a very few products that are drop shipped directly from their manufacturer. Generally, these products are nearly always in-stock in the manufacturer's warehouse.

Is this your only store location? Yes.

Do you ship outside the United States? Yes. We currently ship to over 100 countries. Shipments overseas are usually sent USPS Priority Mail International. Expedited Shipping via USPS Express Mail International is also available.

Can I invest in TheTriathleteStore.com / The Triathlete Store, Inc.? We're willing to entertain all investment proposals.

Will you sponsor me or my team? The Triathlete Store will upon approval, donate 10% of the merchandise value of purchases made by an individual or group toward a charity or group fundraising goal. Please contact us either by phone or writing to discuss your goal and or charity. We currently give back 10% to all Team in Training members in Northern Ohio, and have made similar arrangements off and on with other Team in Training teams, as well as other fundraisers.

Does The Triathlete Store sponsor events? Yes. Each event is looked at on a case by case basis.
