Exchange / Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from
our store, simply return the item and the order receipt (or a
copy). Please insure any return shipments as we cannot be responsible
for lost or damaged return shipments. Circle the item description
and price paid on the receipt form. Please indicate in writing
if you are requesting a refund and/or an exchange.
Example: “Returning Small – Replace with same item/color
in Large.”
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of your package
receipt and the items must be in new (saleable) condition, with
hang-tags and care-tags still attached. Exceptions apply to select
items where warranties cover periods exceeding 30 days. Clothing
that has been worn/used will be accepted only for reason of manufacturer
defect. Under garments such as briefs, boxers, under shorts and
underpants may not be returned for size exchange or refunds; due
to hygienic reasons, these items cannot be resold.

REFUNDS: At our discretion, refunds will be issued either via
a U.S. business check or a credit on your credit card statement.
Either way, we refund quickly. A 10% restocking fee applies to
all returned (non-exchange) items.
EXCHANGES: If you are returning an item or items for exchange,
it is in your best interest to email us at CustomerService@TheTriathleteStore.com
beforehand, indicating your Order #, the item or items you wish
to exchange (Include relevant style/color/size information). This
will allow us to more speedily process your exchange. To be clear,
contacting us via emailing or by any other method prior to a return
or exchange is not required, but may help us process your request
more quickly.
If you want to exchange one or more items for reasons other than
a manufacturing defect, (Examples: Size, Color and/or you found
something else you’d rather have), the restocking fee noted
above does not apply, so long as we have a replacement item in-stock,
or can get one for you that meets your needs. We just ask you
to cover the cost of re-shipping. You can do this by sending us
a check for $5.95 to cover regular shipping. If we do not receive
this check with your exchange request, a $7.00 service charge
will be assessed and billed to your credit card on file. In such
circumstances, we suggest saving yourself $1.95 and mailing in
your check.
NON-U.S. CUSTOMERS WITH RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

it is you wish to do. We will work with you as best we can to reasonably
accommodate you.
