U.S. Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping rate is $7.95
Ohio deliveries have sales tax added to their orders.
Within the USA our standard shipping methods are USPS First Class Mail, USPS
Priority Mail and UPS Ground Service .
We are happy to ship to business addresses,
if this is more convenient
for you. Some people prefer
shipping to a business address,
so that someone will be there to receive their package(s). If your
shipping address is different than your billing address, make sure
you indicate this when ordering.
If the post office does not deliver to the business address you have given us
for shipping, please let us know!
We will happily ship to P.O. Boxes and military
addresses at no additional cost, and generally via USPS Priority Mail. Express Mail is not an option for military addresses.
Rush shipment option
Expedited 1-2 Day - USA
- Flat rate of $22.95 per order (no limit on order size).
- Available on domestic (USA) orders only.
- In most cases, orders received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time will ship the same
day (Monday-Friday).
- Usually delivered by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days [Saturday
and Sunday are not business days] to most areas and by 7 p.m. to residences.
Insurance

Please choose Non-U.S. shipping on the credit card information page, and your package will generally be sent via USPS Global Priority Mail or USPS Global Express Mail. If you do not choose Non-U.S. shipping, your package may be sent via USPS First Class Mail. No tracking information is generally available for First Class Service! The
Triathlete Store is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail!

Oversize and/or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. If additional
shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for approval before your order
is shipped.
Please note that you will be responsible for any customs, import taxes or duty
charges. These charges can be significant; in some countries, this could amount
to 50% OR MORE of the purchase price. Your local post office should be able to
provide you with these details.
